KOZUKA Edo period (1600-1868)
This is an old and very beautiful "Kozuka" that represents a Falcon (Taka), perched on some very flamboyant leaves.
It is made of bronze with gold-colored gilt motifs, with strongly defined and well-marked reliefs.
The blacksmith's signature and a drawing of the stream are displayed on the back.
It is in a very good condition. the Kogatana's entry eyelet is perfect and it feels heavy and strong. Please check the pictures.
Undoubtedly, a very refined and striking work to the liking of the best collectors. It is more and more difficult to find articles of this quality - seize this opportunity.
