Fossil Lobster - Piastra Matrice - Pseudastacus hakeliensis

This is an outstanding fossil crustacean.

It is an excellent Pseudastacus hakeliensis from the Cretaceous of Lebanon.
This wonderful specimen was recently obtained from an old collection.

This specimen exhibits extraordinary detail, like very large antennae (8 cm).
Both claws are intact and beautifully displayed.

The sementation of the antennae is very distinct, and the entire exoskeleton is clearly defined. .
And, best of all, there is NO ENHANCEMENT OR RESTORATION, whatsoever, to this remarkable fossil.

This is one of the most detailed example of this arthropod available on net.
