Behind the red autumn leaves, you see part of the Kiyomizu Shrine (Buddhist Temple) in the eastern part of Kyoto.

Teruhide Kato had studied at Kyoto Art College. He was a famous kimono fashion designer. When he was 50 years old, he decided to follow his real passion, and became a traditional Kyoto woodblock artist. Success remained with the artist. After a gallery exhibition in New York and a book publication of his works titled "Kyoto Romance" he is as famous as a woodblock artist as he used to be as a kimono designer. This item is as new.

Top condition and vibrant red colors in the front! Pristine condition unused, unframed, unmounted mint 'Hand printed' woodblock. Comes in original folder. with the artists golden seal.
