Mold shape owl to make objects in lasle in Burmese. This animal is indeed a lucky charm in the Irawadi Valley in Burma.
The shape is purified to the extreme. The only shapes that stand out are the ears, the arched eyes and the wings glued to the body. A rib appears at the back so that the lasle shape can be removed, which will then be coloured.
Very light wood with a black and oily patina.
