Samurai Helmet, Kabuto
Kabuto type SUJI BACHI, originating from the EDO period, 18th century.
Natural iron helmet with 18 slats and non-protruding rivets.
Iron, copper, fabric.
THEHEN NO ANA (top opening) in three-tone copper.
AGEMAKI NO KAN (attachment ring) in lacquered iron.
Three-tone SHIKORO (neck cover) in black lacquered iron.
KAMON (coat of arms) engraved and applied on brass.
FUKIGAESHI (ailettes) in lacquered iron, covered with a copper-edge plate.
Applied trimmings and copper rivets.
MABI SA SHI (visor) in natural iron attached with rivets.
The helmet is signed inside.
Sold with the stand.
