Pair of round dishes in grand feu earthenware from Islettes (?) with polychrome decoration in the centre in a medallion, a woman's bust on one and a man's bust on the other. Stylised insects and flowery twigs on the lip.
Circa 1820-30. 19th century.
Dimensions: 29 cm - Height: 3.5 cm
Dish with a man's bust glued in two and restored chips (invisible restoration); lack of enamel visible on the dish with the woman's bust.
