Very distinct and heavy model Amsterdam School clock from the Art Deco period in the early 1900s. The School Clock is in top condition, the casing of the clock is made from the rare Asian Teak wood from that period. Furthermore, the finish is beautifully executed with a bronze dial and Coromandel and chestnut wood. The well-functioning clapper movement is numbered and stamped with the Junghans Wurttemberg stamp. It has a standing spiral gong for the striking mechanism at full and half hours. The photos are part of the description of the lot. The clock is in top condition. The winding key is attached.
