We guarantee that this blade was traditionally hand forged by a Japanese swordsmith as it acquired its registration paper issued by the board of education in Aomori. At the same time, the authenticity of its signature is unclear as it doesn't come with any certificates that validate it.

This Katana comes with a beautiful set of sword mountings. We believe Tsuba, Fuchi Kashira, and Menuki are from the late Edo period. And Saya and Tsukamaki are relatively new.A leather case with a family crest complements this beautiful Katana very well.
