The full name of the author is Flávio Pedro Sabácio Justiniano. He was born in 482 and died in Constantinople on November 14th, 565. His reign was from 527 to 565. Byzantine Emperor, known as Justinian the Great or St Justinian the Great by the Orthodox Church, he had a grand reign both in the military aspect as in the administrative level. In the field of justice he left a vast work under the title "Corpus Juris Civilis" and "Digesto Pandectas" and “Novels or Authentic”. Work on Roman law. Latin text and "Enchiridion" with capital letters with fantasy motifs and handwritten notes on some sheets. In the first work, the pages 1 and 2 are missing and the first 18 pages are very stained and with poor restorations reaching some letters, in the 2nd to the last 2 stained sheets. This edition is not mentioned by Brunet, nor by Adams. Trimmed copy.
