Great and very rare Lefauchaux double-action revolver with capacity for 20 shots.
1860/1880
Calibre of 7 mm.
Belgian manufacture and produced by Guillaume Laport, marked in gold in the barrel "G. Laport&Cie, Rio de Janeiro"
Profusely engraved in gold with plant motifs, much of it still visible.
Mechanism working very well.
Ivory stock, with Cites certificate.
Iron ring for thread.
The Laport family started their business in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1825.
Highly collectible and valuable piece.
