Poos - 2017 - 75cl - 5% Vol. A blend of different wild ales of 6 months up to 1,5 years old. The blend of younger and mature beer resulted in a complex layered beer. It shows notes of lemon, vanilla of freshly emptied red wine barrels, funk and berries.
Olasz - 2020 - 75cl - 8.5% Vol. - A blend of several barrels of beer with different ages (1 up to 2 years old), which were macerated with different types of grapes — three in total: Olasz Rizling (white), Muscat (white), and a little bit of Kékfrankos.
