It's a very strange camera with leather covered wooden body.
Non brand on it and also the lens seems to be without brand.
I tried to study it a few days but it's difficult for me to describe it.
The only camera I have found that looks like it is the Wilson Magazine Camera (litterature Michel Auer, The Guide to Antique Cameras, 1990 picture n.1421).
I think it's a multi exposure camera (500 exp.??, 300 exp??) for film 35mm not perforated (but I'm not sure).
The lens has apertures and focus. The shutter seems to have only B pose...
I honestly don't know how film drag works..., probably with the key on a side.
I don't see film counter or windows from which to check the advamcement.
Really a very strange camera and I don't think it can be a handmade work.
Information are welcome...
Its dimension are around: 32x7x13cm.
Exc++ condition for its age (I think around 1930).
