It's a very very rare Russian camera.
It's the Zorki Zinnia (information from cryptomuseum dot com site) a "pre Zorki" Zola.
It's a spring motor camera (like the Robot cameras) for film 35mm, with a "cyclopean" lens 75mm F:3.5.
The lens is incluted in a reflex scope (I think it was fixed to the body), which returns the image on the film plane through a reflex mirror (it's a "reflex" camera).
This is an earlier model (around 1955), with speeds of 1/30, 1/125, 1/500 and B.
This spy camera was then inserted, probably, into a diplomatic case.
This is the version with the 90 ° angled lens, there was a version with vertical lens.
The spring motor and the shutter "work", but it seems always on the same speed. Please don't charge (better not fully load the spring.
It's in exc+++ condition, as is possible to see from the pictures.
This Zinnia version is a very very rare camera, "much more common" (it's a euphemism) the successive model Zola.
