A rare architectural discoid tessera in green "Greek" porphyry, a famous porphyry of ancient times found in Greece, in the Laconia area, close to the city of Sparta; it was also called Serpentine Porphyry. It is easily recognizable by the presence of crystals of light green feldspar in an olive green matrix.
