Beautiful two-barrel pinfire rifle, 16 calibre, with rear plates signed by Arquebus maker Louis Pallard in Plan-de-Cuques (Provence, France - late 19th century), barrel signed by Eugene Bernard (Liège, Belgium). Both locks work perfectly mechanically, well-synchronised clicks and clear percussion. No slack when locking/unlocking or disengaging. - Double spring rear plates. - Control hallmarks under the barrel. - Ribbon cannon, original bronze chocolate colour, with its patina, it remained homogeneous and in good condition (inside / outside). - Engraved metal, polished, with small marks, stains and scratches of use, it also remained in nice nd presentable condition. - Beautiful walnut butt, preserved in very good condition with some small marks and wear.
