This lot comes from the private collection of Mr. Juan Carlos Bahamonde who over a period of 20 years acquired his collection from various prestigious dealers. His degree in Archaeology from Manchester University, which is one of the best in the U.K. and passion for ancient history is reflected in this beautiful plate.
The interior of the dish decorated with three stylised dragons and the underside with an auspicious symbol resembling two fish within two circles.
Diameter: 15.8 cm.
Condition: Very good overall, minimal scratching to glaze. NO breaks, NO repairs, NO chips.
