A beautiful bust made of terracotta after a design of Jean-Antoine Houdon (Versailles 1741 - 1828 Paris) featuring Louise Brongniart (1772 - 1845) at the age of 5 years old. The original bust was shown at "The Salon" in Paris - 1777. It remained in the Brongniart family until the Louvre purchased it in 1898. The portrait of Louise was and still is very loved and appreciated in the 19th and 20th centuries. The statue, monogrammed GC, will be packed with care and send with a trackable courier.
