The seven-armed silver-plated candle holder "Simon" with removable inner vase, was designed by the Neo Baroque designer Bořek Šípek for the Italian design company Driade in 1989. I purchased this stunning piece myself back in 1989 and it's in excellent condition. This super elegant design object is a true eye-catcher and will be a great asset to your interior for many years to come.
Borek Sipek (1949-2016) studied at the school for arts and crafts in Prague, he moved to The Netherlands in 1983 and set up his design office. His systematic revisitations of traditional craft techniques and materials have won him several prestigious awards.
