Wonderful original Zodiac Sea Wolf in good condition. The Zodiac Sea Wolf was often worn by American soldiers in Vietnam and was one of the most sturdy watches from the '50s and '60s. The first Zodiac Sea Wolf was introduced in 1953, the same year as the Rolex Submariner and the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. The Sea Wolf has a depth rating of 200m, surpassing Rolex and Blancpain. This model is from the '60s, given the tritium indicator on the dial. This case is also slightly thicker than that of earlier models. The steel case has a diameter of 35 mm without the original crown. The bidirectional bezel still looks neat. As is often the case with these model, the bezel slides instead of clicking, due to frequent use. Wonderful white dial in very neat condition. Still also has the original plexiglas in place. Of course also featuring the characteristic pyramid indices and special skeleton dauphine hands. Comes on a NATO strap that can be adjusted up to a wrist size of 20 cm.
