Beautifully decorated temple bell from Tibet made of bronze with a vajra handle.
In Tantric Buddhism the temple bell represents the feminine element, which symbolises wisdom, while the vajra represents the masculine aspect. The collective workings of both elements lead one to attain enlightenment.
The bell gives a pure and loud sound. The original mount of the clapper has been replaced, as can be seen in the photos. The bell is approx. 17 cm high and has a diameter of approx. 9 cm.
Will be shipped carefully packaged. The photos are part of the description.
