Finely decorated antique Victorian 4-piece tin coffee & tea set with a black wooden handle presented on an oak tray sourced from R. Broadhead & Company, Sheffield, England. The set consists of a coffee pot, a teapot, a sugar bowl and a milk jug and stands on four legs and the lids are decorated with flower buds. The Victorian era of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland was an era during the reign of queen Victoria from 1837 to 1901. This beautiful tin tea and coffee set shows the elegant shapes that were typical for the 1900s design period. The set is not only decorative or collectible, it is also functional Each piece is marked on the bottom with an impressed factory marking Broadhead & Co (to date between 1859 and 1900), in circles the letters W and P or T and A and underneath the numbers 0698 and 3, 4, 5. Good condition with signs of wear for something that is 100-150 years old, but has some markings, small bumps and slight wobble when standing, a slight impact on the belly, but it looks beautiful.
